The following Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on the AlpacaprintUK.com web site. Please scroll through this screen, read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the https://www.alpacaprintuk.com/ website (the "Service") operated by AlpacaPrintUK.com ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
Items and products
Pricing & Availability
All product prices are in £ sterling and are exclusive of delivery. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. Items with a previous price refer to prices the we have previously sold the same product. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).
We guarantee that all advertised products are 100% genuine.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product due to the nature of the hand-printed processes used. Due to differences in monitors, colors of products may also appear different to those shown on the site. The images on AlpacaprintUK.com are copyright protected but may be used on the condition that the user credits the source of the picture © AlpacaprintUK.com.
Some products may have an associated image or photo. These are for reference only and should be considered illustrative.
We are able to deliver to most countries. If for some reason we are unable to fulfill your order due to geographical location, we will provide a full refund where payment has already been made. Please click here for details on our delivery charges. Due to the nature of ordering on the Internet it is not possible for you to specify a delivery date.
For larger orders, please make sure someone will be available to take delivery of your parcel.
Payment online can be made using those methods supported by Paypal. Payment will be debited from your account before dispatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure. However, in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from AlpacaprintUK.com.
Due to our delivery prices differing from country to country, it is imperative that you choose the correct delivery location when placing an order; failure to do so will mean the order is cancelled.
Returns & Order Cancellation
We hope that you will be pleased with your purchases from Alpaca Print. However, we understand that there are times when you will need to return items to us. We have tried to make this as easy and as hassle free as possible for you.
Returning a faulty item
Hopefully you should never receive a faulty item, but if you believe something isn't quite up to scratch then of course you may return it.
Simply visit our contact us page and send us an email to let us know that you are returning an item, and the reason for returning it. We will reply with instructions and address details for returning the product. This will ensure that we can deal with your return as quickly as possible, and if necessary refund or replace your purchase once we receive the item back into stock. You have 28 days from receiving the item to tell us about the fault, but the sooner the better. Any postage costs associated with returning your order will also be refunded.
Cancellation of Orders
Except at the busiest time of the year, e.g. Christmas, orders are normally dispatched to you on the next working day of order receipt by us. If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have sent goods, you must do so by email. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge whatsoever.
If you change your mind and cancel AFTER your order has been sent to you or after receiving the goods you must follow the standard returns process which is documented below. You will also find details about returning items under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it then, in line with the EU Distance Selling Regulations (DSR), you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 10 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Visit our contact us page and send us an email to let us know that you are returning an item, and the reason for returning. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once we receive the item back into stock, we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method.
All goods returned must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from AlpacaprintUK.com. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was dispatched by us, (unless the item is faulty).
You must contact us by email to confirm which items are being returned. You will be requested to return the goods by Royal Mail 2nd class delivery (we recommend you get Proof of Posting) and will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods. There will be no refund on the cost of returning the goods, (unless the item is faulty). Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Please return them to the address provided, along with a note of your details and the reason for return. Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
You will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order with AlpacaprintUK.com. We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Acceptance of terms and conditions
When placing a booking onto a workshop, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below (“Terms”) and they will be incorporated into the contract between us (“Contract”). You will ensure that you or your employees, partners, agents, contractors, subcontractors and any other person attending the Workshop on your behalf shall comply with these Terms. The Contract is formed when we send you a booking confirmation.
The fee for attending the Workshop (“Registration Fee”) will be as stated on the website or registration form for the relevant Workshop. Prices are exclusive of VAT except where expressly stated otherwise. When we require payment prior to the workshop (which will be stated on the website or registration form) all payments for the Registration Fee must be made in full at the time of completing the registration form and in any event prior to the date of the Workshop. If payment is not received within 7 days of your registration, your registration will be cancelled and the payment of any refund will be at our complete discretion. Payment will be made via our merchant account provider (and you consent to us passing your necessary details to the merchant account provider and to them processing necessary information about you) or directly to our bank account, as notified to you. We reserve the right to run price promotions as we think fit.
When we require payment on the day of the workshop itself (which will be stated on the website or registration form), payment needs to be made by cash or directly to our bank account by a (contactless) bank transfer payment. A payment machine will be available.
All tickets for the Workshop shall be non-refundable except as set out in paragraphs 4 and 5 below. However, if you are unable to attend the Workshop for any reason you may email us at Alpacaprint@gmail.com to provide us with the name of a substitute to attend the Workshop on your behalf and on receipt of this email we shall make such substitution and allow the substitute access to the Workshop.
There may be circumstances in which we need to cancel the Workshop. In such circumstances, we will provide you with a full refund of the amount of the Registration Fee that you have paid to us and we will make every effort to provide you with such refund within 60 days of the date of cancellation.
Postponement or change to venue
There may be circumstances in which we need to postpone the Workshop or change the venue at which Workshop is to be held and if we do, we shall advise you of this as soon as we possibly can. If the postponement is for more than 6 months after the publicised date of the Workshop or the replacement venue is more than 50 miles away from the publicised venue, you may cancel your ticket by emailing us at Alpacaprint@gmail.com and we shall provide you with a full refund.
Liability and Disclaimer – IMPORTANT – YOU MUST READ THIS
In Alpaca Print workshops, we are providing you with training, guidance and occasionally template documents.
Our sole liability in relation to any cancellation, postponement or change of venue shall be limited to the price paid by you for such Workshop and we shall not be liable under any circumstances for any consequential losses.
In connection with the involvement in Alpaca Print workshops, you hereby release Alpaca Print, its agents, representatives, successors, or assignees, Alpaca Print management and employees, from all liabilities, actions, claims, damages, demands, costs, and expenses which you now or in the future have against them, arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in art classes, including enroute to or from the program or its related events. You understand that the waiver includes, but is not limited to, all injuries to yourself and or loss of injuries to any personal property. You also understand that this waiver includes, but is not limited to, any claims that are based on your alleged negligence or any other action or inaction of any of the above parties.
You also give Alpaca Print permission to publish in print, electronic, or video format the likeness or image of myself and/or my child for the general promotion of Alpaca Print and its workshops.
If you act in any way which in our opinion is likely to cause any harm or nuisance to any person at the Workshop, you will be required to leave the Workshop and we shall not be liable to refund your Registration Fee or any other payment.
You must comply at all times with the health and safety policy of the venue. You must comply with all requests from us or the venue with regard to health and safety and failure to do so will result in you being asked to leave the workshop (in which case no refund will be provided). You may not bring any equipment or items of a hazardous or dangerous nature to the Workshop.
You shall not cause any damage to any part of the venue (including outside areas, and all inside walls, flooring, fixtures and fittings). You are solely liable for any damage caused by you, your employees, contractors, sub-contractors and agents to any such area of the venue and shall fully reimburse us in relation to any damage so caused.
You must always keep your personal belongings with you and we accept no liability for any damage to, loss of or theft of any of your belongings or other items brought to the Workshop by you.
Promotional materials and materials at the Workshop
You agree that we may include your details in any promotional materials relating to the Workshop and/or any materials used at the Workshop. We are not liable for errors or omissions contained in such information.
Unless otherwise stated, the copyright for any such promotional materials and any materials used at the Workshop belongs to us and may not be reproduced in any medium without our prior written consent.
You may use such materials for your own business purposes only and may not reproduce, publish or deal with such materials in any way for any commercial use.
We reserve the right to change the published program or materials as we think fit.
Photography and filming
We may wish to photograph or film the Workshop and reserve the right to do so for the purposes of promoting future workshops or otherwise. You consent to us (or any other person attending the Workshop) photographing or filming you and any persons attending the Workshop with you. You may not photograph or video the Workshop without our prior consent.
We will communicate with you using the contact details provided on the Registration Form for the purposes of the Workshop. You agree that we may send your personal data outside of the European Economic Area (for example to the providers of our payment system). We shall be entitled to pass on all of your contact details to the workshop contractors.
We shall not send you tickets for the workshop. We will have your name on the attendee list and if you have paid the Registration Fee you shall be provided with access to the Workshop.
Travel, accommodation and refreshments
You shall be responsible for making and paying for your own travel and accommodation arrangements to and from the Workshop. If you are late at the workshop or prevented from attending the Workshop due to travel delays or any other circumstances, we shall not be obliged to provide you with a refund or to wait to start the Workshop until you arrive. Lunch and light refreshments shall be provided if the duration of the workshop will be over 3 hours.
Disability, medical conditions and dietary requirements
If you have any disability or medical condition that requires us to make special arrangements for you or any special dietary requirements, please email us at Alpacaprint@gmail.com as soon as possible and in any workshop at least 2 weeks prior to the date of the Workshop.
Limitations of Liability
Whilst every reasonable precaution is taken by us to ensure security and safety at the workshop, we shall not in any way be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you whatsoever in relation to the Workshop, save that nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to limit the liability of any person for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, any fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability for which it is unlawful to exclude or limit liability.
Our total liability for any matter arising out of the Contract shall in all circumstances be limited to the price paid by you for the Workshop and we shall not in any circumstances be liable to you for any consequential loss whatsoever.
These Terms shall be governed by English Law and your hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
We take all reasonable care, in so far as it is our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure. However, in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from AlpacaprintUK.com.
As a statement these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Sales on this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these Terms and Conditions, and no amendments will be accepted by us.

AlpacaPrintUK.com has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
